About Me
Greetings, mortal, my name is kuroimisa, or rather, username is kuroimisa, more commonly called Misa for the sake of easy remembrance. You may have heard of me on such internet sites like Minitokyo.net, deviantART.com, animegalleries.net and last but not least, peccatore-sanctuary.com (D:). Many people in the past have probably wondered or asked how on earth I ended up with a name like that, and it was quite simple: Kuroi Misa was the main character of a sensational manga "Ekoeko Azarak(u)" across Japan in the early 1990s (or late 1980s, I forget), and was later transformed into 4 movies and 2 seasons of television series. Needless to say I watched the movie, grew very acquainted with the strong willed invincible witch and her powers, and immediately adopted the username knowing that nobody would have taken it. And then it was almost accidental that my whole walling career sprung under this one name, and I can't do anything about it because it's too late to change anything XD

I was a little hesitant on tectures because I was thinking about how some people saw textures as something "added on". Usually I do add texture to flatten the image somewhat- I guess this time I overlooked it. Thanks for the advice- I will probably update a textured version later on and work on the background more ^_^ I'm really thankful for the advice because I got very few comments on the wall over at Minitokyo- and there was bound to be something missing ;D

You don't seem to be around much, but hopefully you'll be around to read this sometime soon. Anyways, I'm glad to comment on your wall, so don't thank me. Your wall was really something, and many people now a days really don't spend that much time and effort into their walls. So your wall was a welcome relief ^^
I understand what you felt about textures, but they can be a way to bring depth to a wall rather than flattening it. For instance, if a building had its own special texture, and the wall itself another different texture, the contrast will stand out. Of course, it depends on the wall and the texture, but from what I've done that's usually the case. Anyways, I'm happy to comment on such an awesome wall.
And as for Minitokyo...well, quite honestly, if you want any sort of constructive comments, you should come here more often. I used to be at MT around 2004-2006, and I can tell you, MT now isn't like it used to be a couple years ago :( Anyways, hope to see ya around ^^
